TRAVEL PLANNING PROCESS
- CONSULTATION
Submit a request for a 30-minute consultation over Google Meet, at no charge. We’ll discuss how we’ll make your travel dreams come true.
- AGREEMENT & DEPOSIT
After our, consultation, I will send a contract affirming that I will provide travel planning services for a predetermined price. You will sign the contract and then we’re ready to move forward!
3. RESEARCH
During this time I’ll be crafting your itinerary to ensure you have a perfect vacation. It’s helpful to have your flights booked before this stage to ensure that all activities can be booked as soon as possible!
4. ITINERARY REVIEW
Once I complete your itinerary, we’ll discuss what I have planned for you. Up to three changes to the itinerary are free, but if you’re happy with what I have we’ll move straight into booking!
5. PREPARE FOR YOUR GETAWAY
As we complete your itinerary building, it is time to start preparing for your vacation. I’ll provide all of my tips and tricks to ensure you have the perfect vacation!
