For context I have my degree in Environmental Studies and have worked as a sustainability professional for over 5 yeas. I decided to combine my two passions (sustainability and travel) and become an eco-travel agent supporting my clients on their international (and sometimes domestic) vacations.

5-STEP TRAVEL PLANNING PROCESS
- CONSULTATION
First you’ll fill out a questionnaire so that I have a better understanding of where you’d like to go, size of the group, and general travel preferences. There’s also an option for a Zoom conversation if you prefer.
- AGREEMENT & DEPOSIT
After our, consultation, I will send a contract affirming that I will provide travel planning services for a predetermined price. You will sign the contract and then we’re ready to move forward!
If you’re booking an itinerary development service, 50% of the cost will be required prior to the beginning of the research process.
- RESEARCH
During this time I’ll be crafting your itinerary to ensure you have a perfect vacation. It’s helpful to have your flights booked before this stage to ensure that all activities can be booked as soon as possible! Depending on the length of the trip and services provided, this will be completed in 2-5 days.
- ITINERARY REVIEW
Once I complete your itinerary, we’ll discuss what I have planned for you. Up to two revision of the itinerary are free (depending on the services requested), but if you’re happy with what I have we’ll move straight into booking!
You’ll sign off on the final itinerary or reservations and move forward with payment to the hotel or activity.

As we complete your itinerary building, it is time to start preparing for your vacation. I’ll provide all of my tips and tricks to ensure you have the perfect vacation!
